Internet Shakespeare Editions Unveiled
Published: November 20, 2005
For the past five years, Krucible Solutions has been closely involved with the Internet Shakespeare Editions through the development of their identity and numerous other projects, such as Feste Learning and the Scenario application. This year, we are very proud to play a key role in the redevelopment of the ISE web site, with special attention being paid to the new graphical interface. It is a project that has been along time coming, and now we can finally announce the unveiling of the brand new Internet Shakespeare Editions web site!

Anderson Cove Launched
Published: August 03, 2005
As a testament to innovation on the internet, Krucible launches its most technologically complex web site to date. Bill Hustler from Anderson Cove Construction approached us with a goal to have a showcase web site as advanced as the houses his company builds. The result of this project is a site that is graphically complex with textures and spacial cues, and built with user features and animation without having to resort to Flash technology. While older web browsers may not have access to all the features, Krucible strived for current cross-browser compaitbility.

Krucible Spreads the Good Word

In the spirit of continued growth, Chris Chong, one of Krucible's founding partners, returned to his homeland of Singapore to establish some new business and client relationships. "I hope this my first trip back in a long while, will allow me access to this unique Asian market," says Chris. "It's time to let all my Singaporean contacts know that Krucible is ready to offer our one-stop corporate identity concept to businesses in need. In a culture where the small business owners really have to figure out everything for themselves, we hope to relieve some of that stress."

In other news, Krucible has released more interesting new sites. The latest is for Inspired Devices (IDI), a newly formed UVic spinoff company. The site design for IDI mimics a newspaper layout, and has a unique method of highlighting articles.

Another site of interest is Jacobs Scott Ltd., an executive search firm. Clever use of transparent web graphics help create the layer effects that prevail throughout the site.

The Year So Far...

Among other things on the go, here are some recent sites launched:
5th Wall Studio - Victoria's only real source for beautiful and professional floorcloths.
Heath Moffatt Photography - A really really good professional photographer.

Krucible is proud to be working with St. John Ambulance Canada (Victoria branch) to plan their first ever formal Gala Dinner and Silent Auction. It will be a blast!

Krucible was also chosen by ICURR to work on publishing their research reports. We hope to build a good long-term relationship with this long-standing government committee.

Land Surveyor Web Site Launched

We are proud to launch the new web site for the Corporation of Land Surveyors of the Province of British Columbia. Along with building this new web site, Krucible was also set to the task of developing the new corporate identity for this 100 year old organisation. Needless to say, we are very happy to be invloved!

As for a new year's resolution, perhaps more frequent updates to this web site...?

*** All of us here at Krucible would like to take this opportunity to express our deep sorrow, and offer up our hopes and prayers for all the victims and grieving families of the Banda Aceh earthquake and tsunami. ***

Still we must move forward, and in that light, Krucible would like to wish all our friends and clients a very happy and prosperous 2005. We will continue, as always, to provide the best in design and customer service that we can. This new year is already turning out to be a very busy and productive one.
